Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are hair-free and in sellable condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
